Do you offer payment plans? 
We require a non- refundable 50% deposit at the beginning of each new project and the remaining balance on the day the site goes live.

  In some cases we will require the total amount up-front, however this is strictly on a case by case basis. We do offer installment payment plans for some of our projects. We offer this payment plan to help make the website you want more affordable. Certain restrictions do apply. Payment plans are not available on smaller dollar amounts or monthly recurring payments.

How long does it take to have a web site designed? 
The time frame is determined by the size of your web site, the complexity of your site design, and our current client design schedule.

What is a domain name? 
A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose and register (the official registrar of domain names ending in .com, .edu, and .gov). Our domain name is "sandyclicksandprints.com.". We offer domain purchases through our partners. 

What is web hosting? 
Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients. Our hosting fees start at $14.99 a month depending on the content of your site. Hosting fees are charged a month in advance.  

What is site maintenance? 
This service is optional. Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site current with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Current and updated content is what will keep your visitors coming back. Maintenance is required to upload current news, update prices, current specials or sales your business may be offering, to update phone numbers and addresses. We can provide you monthly or quarterly maintenance, however a small fee applies if maintenance is required outside of your normal maintenance schedule. We can also incorporate a monthly maintenance fee with your monthly hosting fee. Our monthly maintenance fees start at $99 & up monthly or you can pay for maintenance as needed which is $85.00 hourly. 

Do you offer any type of discounts? 
Yes, we run campaigns periodically offering a variety of discounts, however you will find our prices to be very affordable. You can find our printable and digital coupons on Google, Merchant Circle, Yelp and other marketing sites.

What Do I Put On My Site? 
That would depend on the goals you set for your business website. A business website should include complete information about your products or services that your customers would need to purchase from you.

Do I have to host with you? 
No, unlike other companies we don't make hosting with us mandatory. However, choosing to host with us is a BIG advantage for you. You don't have to worry about any technical aspects of managing your hosting account and the servers, we do it all for you. Plus you just have a one point contact for your Web Presence. If there is a problem it is always better to call a single reliable company who can take care of everything while you concentrate on your business. We will make your website one less worry for you.

We have satellite offices in California and Texas. Our headquarters is in Maryland. We service nationwide. 

When I call, will I be speaking to someone in the U.S.?
We understand that language barriers can be very frustrating, at Sandy Clicks and Prints Web Design, Yes, our phones ring here in the U.S. and all your queries are answered by professionals. 

Can you host our website and register our domain name?
Yes!  We charge $14.99 & up for web hosting. Domain Names are $20 & up /annually. We can also provide you with a custom email account for an additional monthly fee.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name on our servers or register a new one for you. 

I live in Texas, you are in Maryland, how can we work with you? Should I look for a local Company? 
That is not a problem; we have clients all over the U.S. We have not met 85% of our clients in person. You don’t need to meet us to convey your ideas, we have the expertise in this field to understand your business needs.
Even when someone chooses a local provider it is unlikely that they will visit that company in person because of tight schedules, and they end up talking on the phone and emailing. Working with your web developers and designers over the Internet is faster, more convenient, and more efficient than spending time arranging in-person meetings. We work in shifts, thus it allows us to answer phone calls during business hours on both the east coast and west coast. 

Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?
We have email and live chat support. Phone support is available during Business Hours. We give you phone numbers of key individuals and in case of emergency, after business hours where you can reach them - offering 24/7 Tech Support!

Yes, we specialize in small businesses,  professionals, home business owners, startups, and even individuals.

Do you design Adult Content Web sites or Gambling Websites?
No.

What are your Business Hours?
We normally work 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST - Monday through Thursday. We have special Holiday hours and we are normally closed on the weekends to allow our employees to spend some quality time with their family.
